Intelligent High Speed Automatic Hot Foil Stamping Machine
The LY-720TJ Full Automatic Hot Foiling Stamping Machine is extensively used in all types of packaging applications. It works with various packaging papers including special paper, art paper, fancy paper, and more.
- Dual-Channel System: Handles paper picking and laying, supports simultaneous two-color stamping and sammeld ruck operations. Flat, 3D stamping and embossing can all be realized using interchangeable molds.
- High-Precision Positioning: Integrates front stop, dual side gauges and laser sensors to deliver high-precision positioning within ±0.02mm. Offers large hot stamping area with maximum format of 720mm×460mm.
- Servo-Driven Operation: Fully automatic hot foil stamping provides pressure of approximately 4.2T/cm² with stepless adjustment. Offset design between closing table and pressure table allows fast plate changes in under 20 minutes.
- Temperature Control: Four independently controllable temperature zones adjustable within 60-150°C to accommodate stamping requirements of various materials.
- Variable-Frequency Suction: Conveyor belt features variable-frequency suction control to suit different paper grammages, fulfilling hot stamping needs of diverse packaging papers.
- Paper Feeding Detection: Sensors detect double feeding or missing paper feeding. Finished stamped sheets are automatically collected.
- CAM-Based Feeding: Supports maximum stacking height of 300mm and operating speed of 15-25 pieces per minute.
- Advanced Mechanism: Closing table utilizes jack-up, crankshaft and dual-force linkage mechanism.
